At Five By Flynn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
